| Disclaimer:
In the Breit-Pauli approximation when there is significant
term mixing, the velocity form of the transition operator has neglected some
relativistic corrections and hence, unlike the length form, is not correct in
that some terms of order \alpha^2 have been omitted. The two values are included
in the .lsj files for information only and have significance when term
mixing is small and the transition is spin-allowed. |
