For the participants of the congress organized by the Commissariat à l’Energie Atomique from Monday 30th November to Saturday 5th November 2015, I can offer you the following conditions:
PRICE
130 euro per room (single, double or twin) per night, with breakfast included.
The city tax (1.65 euro per person per night) must be paid in addition to the room.
RESERVATION
Each participant will reserve directly at the hotel (NLTE-9 congress)
5 rooms will be blocked until the 30th October 2015 included.
For any rooms in addition to the 5 blocked rooms or rooms reserved after the 30th October 2015, the reservations will be made according to the hotel availability with the same conditions (price, payment, cancellation and guarantee).
PAYMENT
The payment will be made by each participant during their stay at the hotel.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AND GUARANTEE
In case of cancellation (and/or modification) of the reservation after the 30th October 2015, the whole stay will be charged.
As a guarantee, the participant will give the hotel:
- Credit card details (card number and expiration date) as a guarantee.
- The authorization to debit this credit card for the amount of the stay reserved, indicating that the credit card will only be debited by the hotel in case of cancellation (and/or modification of the stay) for the full amount of the cancelled reservations.
(The form will be sent to the participants who reserve).
